FAQ U MOVE
If you have any questions about U MOVE, you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions here:
Why 11x111?
2022 is our company anniversary. The Uzin Utz family will be 111 years old. So naturally we want to pay special tribute to this number. But before we ask you to try out 111 sports - because that would have been a bit much - we'll stick to 11 and let 111 flow into the minutes. We are curious to see which sports you will choose.
Which sports are part of the 11x111 Challenge?
All sports you can choose in the system are part of the Challenge:
1. basketball
2. bike riding
3. fitness (gym)

5. handball
6. homeworkout
7. inline skating
8. running
9. mental training
10. nordic walking
11. outdoor sport
12. rowing
13. swimming

From which devices can I access U MOVE?
You can access U MOVE from any device. Simply enter https://utzit.com/umove into your internet browser or scan the QR code, and off you go.
On business smartphones, U MOVE is set up as an app on the desktop. Simply click on it and the U MOVE page opens.
I'm not signed up for U MOVE yet. How do I become a member?
Then we're glad you're interested in signing up. This is also very easy and can be done in just a few steps:
Enter https://utzit.com/umove into your internet browser or scan QR code to get to the U MOVE home page. Under the input fields, click on "Become a MOVER now - Register", fill out the registration and off you go.
What is meant by a MOVE?
A MOVE defines a unit of exercise. Both a 40 minute walk with your dog, a workout with your handball team and a lap of swimming are counted as one MOVE and can be entered by you. Just enter the number of minutes you were active. Optionally, you can include a photo and details about the MOVE.
Are there any new features?
We've devoted most of our attention to the design this time, since the last redesign in 2020 already brought a lot of great features.
The home page and the progress bars have been adapted to the new challenge. In addition, there are new TOP rankings to match the Zeil 11x111.
Otherwise, much remains the same:
- Every mover has his own profile, which can be made public. Here you can see all your entries at a glance and can also set information about yourself.
- Entries can be edited and deleted at any time
- Movers can comment on each other's entries
- The MOVE can be entered exactly to the day via a calendar function
- Who belongs to the TOP 20 movers worldwide and which place you occupy in the worldwide ranking can also be seen with one click.
- Login with Uzin Utz AD (quako login data) possible
Can I change my MOVE hourly target at any time?
Unfortunately, you can't. That's why we recommend that you think carefully about your MOVE hours goal at the beginning. A little tip: Just think about how many hours of exercise you want to do per week (e.g. 3 hours per week) and multiply this weekly goal by the remaining weeks until the end of December 2022.
Since the number 111 accompanies us this year, 111 hours is the default goal for this year. You can change this when you register. If you are already a MOVER, a window will appear when you first register in the new system (since March 14, 2022) asking you for your goal.
Even if you can't change your goal anymore, it is still possible to "overshoot" your goal #challengeaccepted
How can I make an entry?
To do so, please log in and press the button "Add MOVE".
Can I delete or edit my entries?
You can. Under your post you will find the two options.
Does everyone really see my posts?
Yes, all participants at U MOVE can see your posts in the MOVE feed on the home page, if you allow it. You can make changes under your profile.
I forgot my password. Now what?
To do this, please click the "Forgot password" function on the home page.
Why are the collected and evaluated time units not formulated identically?
When you registered, you set a MOVE hours goal, but not everyone always does exactly one hour of exercise. To make the conversion easier, please enter the minutes in your MOVE entry and the system will convert this to hours for you. This way your progress (displayed above the MOVE feed) is also displayed in hours
